Automatic polishing machine is an automatic fine polishing machine, which is developed for the automation of metal polishing. There are three waxing methods for automatic polishing machine:

1. Manual waxing: This is a common waxing method. Because the skill difficulty is relatively low, the general staff only need to teach it. Automatic polishing machine can also save cost by purchasing automatic waxing and spraying.

2. Automatic waxing: this method is to install a horizontal moving guide rail above the automatic polishing wheel of the equipment, and install a solid wax fixing structure on the guide rail, which mainly imitates the method of manual waxing. The waxing distance can be set according to the technical requirements.

3. Automatic wax spraying: This waxing method is common in large processing plants. The utility model uses a pressure barrel to knead the liquid through an air pump, and sprays the foggy liquid through a spray gun nozzle. It has the advantages of dust-free, good adhesion and long-lasting grinding effect. The disadvantage is that accessories such as pressure barrel, spray gun and air pump need to be installed to save cost.
